OPSIS are a dynamic and rapidly expanding company who are a leading supplier of Case Management and Accounting software to the UK legal market.
We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic person to join our busy Helpdesk Team. You will be providing first-line support to our clients and will be dealing with a varied level of users from novices, through to Finance Directors.
Previous experience in providing customer support within a similar environment would be an advantage.
